Okay, real talk: this place is awesome. The staff were super chill and helpful, the hotel was legit, and the views? Dude. Just...wow. I spent half my time taking pictures. It's the kind of place...

I was looking for a quiet place, and this was the perfect hideout where I could truly feel nature. The breakfast was traditional and really tasty. I loved the village-style cooking!

The Cave Berannawa is one of the most unique and eco-friendly places I’ve ever stayed at! 🌿 The rooms are literally built inside natural rock formations, which makes the experience so special and completely different from a typical hotel stay. Sleeping inside a cave-like room, with all the basic comforts provided, was unforgettable.
The surroundings are peaceful and green, giving a true connection with nature. It’s the perfect getaway if you’re looking for relaxation, fresh air, and something extraordinary.
Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves nature and wants to experience a hotel that’s totally one of a kind!

The setting is breathtaking—lush greenery, the soothing sound of the river flowing nearby, and a cool breeze that makes you feel one with nature. What makes this place special is that it’s built inside a cave, giving it a rustic and adventurous feel while still being cozy and comfortable.
The atmosphere is serene, perfect for anyone who wants to escape city life and reconnect with nature. Whether you're a photographer, an explorer, or just someone seeking tranquility, this place won’t disappoint. Highly recommended for those who appreciate natural beauty and unique experiences!

It's a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the environment. So natural and beautiful. We experienced to the maximum. The view from cave is spectacular and the sound of the water stream and birds were a naval experience. The authentic service of the people is unmatchable. Dining and staying in a cave is a naval yet a class experience. It's a different experience with unforgettable memories. A highly recommend place.

A Hidden Gem in the Hills – The Cave Yatiyantota
Stayed last night at The Cave Yatiyantota, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The setting was absolutely magical — surrounded by lush greenery, with the soothing sound of pouring rain adding to the peaceful atmosphere. The cool, misty weather made it the perfect escape from the everyday rush.
The food was delicious — warm, home-cooked, and full of flavour. What truly made the experience stand out was the people. The service is handled by a lovely family with two children, and their warmth shines through in everything they do. The service is incredibly personal and loyal — you can really feel the care and heart they put into making guests feel welcome.
